It includes lots of detail to help you from making any mistakes which could lead to the report being denied. You can then head over to mineplex.com/reports which is where you submit the actual report. Once you've done that a member of the Reports Patrol will look into it and decide if the evidence that you've provided is sufficient or not.

The minigame was launched on the server in the summer of 2016 but ultimately failed due to Mineplex's partnership with Mojang Studios. On May 12, 2023, Mineplex's website and Minecraft servers went down without prior notice.
